Do you ship out of Washington State?

NO. It is unlawful to sell our product out of Washington State. However, our products are available at over 200 authorized I-502 retailers in Washington State alone. We will announce any future plans for multi-state expansion with our fans both online and on social media.

Do you grow your own flower?

YES. Legit Cannabis Co. has an indoor farm in Raymond, Washington. We have been refining our method growing premium clean quality cannabis since the early days of Washington State medical marijuana. We maintain the same rigorous standards today that we always have for our medical patients.

Does LEGIT Cannabis Co. charge a delivery fee?

CONDITIONALLY. We utilize third-party transport through Terpene Transit for the majority of our deliveries. We cover the delivery fee on orders over $1,000. On orders under $1,000, we will charge a $79 surcharge to cover the cost of a single third-party transport delivery.

Do you ever plan to sell, “just the flower?”

LIMITED RUNS. While the majority of our A-GRADE cannabis is used to create our flagship, Legit GOLD, we occasionally drop SUPER LIMITED RELEASES of our LEGIT GOLD FLOWER. Stay tuned for launch info.
